1. book venue for music show
2. set up a full stage replica of what ever instruments big black played, basically, guitar, bass, drum machine.
3. promote show as “michael philip oliver mcneill as “.steve.or.something.” performs “big black”s “atomizer” in it’s entirety
4. proceed to walk onto stage alone, press play on an ipod to start the album playing in it’s entirety.
5. slowly start doing some noise stuff until big black is no longer audible, leaving you with just a wall of noise. perhaps with the instruments on stage, perhaps not…
6. profit!
i know nothing about setting up a performance art piece [i think this falls in that category] or if i should just do it as a show at a regular club / venue. plus it would be odd to not be headlining, and i feel that would be imperative to the whole thing.

Hmmmm… interesting. Let’s talk about how big you think it should be… I’m guessing there is somewhere you could do it. There’s a little place in Hollywood called The Unknown Theater… used mostly as a theater company, but bands play there some times. Kelly Kaboom was involved with it for a while… might be perfect.
