in an email i just received:

“Are you still a member of that rec center where you used to swim? If so, make sure you keep using it. With all the stress you’re going through, it’s important to find time to exercise. Also, if you end up living in your car or on someone’s couch, you’ll have a place to shower. I thought of our camper, but I don’t think Dad would go for it, and you would have to find a place to park it where there was no chance of tickets.”

so my ideal living situation is ending… 1 and a .5 year[s] of bill free existence ruined by landlords and soaring property values / gentrification. searching now for both a job and home, and of course the car died once again early last week.
